Currently, token allowance is confirmed via email at the start of each monthly cycle. Before each credit use is undertaken, confirmation of the impact to your credit limit will be sent via email, and after successful completion your new credit limit will be confirmed. It is currently on our developer roadmap to embed token allowance and utilisation within the ‘My Account’ page. We hope to be able to release this soon.
No, unfortunately it is not possible to go over your token allowance. Engagements that would take a subscriber over their token allowance will not be started until there is sufficient tokens in their account. Subscribers can wait until their token allocation refreshes, can upgrade to a higher subscription, or can contact us to purchase additional token packs mid-term.
